šļø Create a DCC Document signer
To issue a DCC through the Sovrin DCC extension you must first create a Document signer that can sign a DCC payload.
šļø Create a DSC
Sovrin API uses Document Signer Certificates (DSCs) to digitally sign Mobile Security Objects (MSO) in Mobile Credentials. The DSC itself must be issued and signed by the root certificate, which is the Issuing Authority Certificate Authority (IACA). Refer to chain of trust for more information.
šļø Create an IACA
An IACA (Issuing Authority Certificate Authority) is a X.509 based certificate used to identify a Mobile Credential issuer and verify the Mobile Credentials they issue. An IACA is used to sign Document Signer Certificates (DSC), which are then in turn used to sign Mobile Security Objects (MSO) in Mobile Credentials. Refer to chain of trust for more information.
šļø Certificates
Different Sovrin capabilities use designated certificates.
šļø Create a DCC Trusted Document signer
To verify a DCC you must first create a Trusted Document signer. You can load a single Trusted Document signer, or an array of several. This allows DCCs to be recognised as valid in terms of the authority who issued the certificate.
